We really have been going crazy with the chalk paint this summer. Since it is unofficially fall, I want to share some of the projects we have been working on. Chalk paint is such an awesome product to use when transforming old furniture. I like it because you get the quality made furniture pieces, but you get to customize it to your liking. We have been reselling furniture that we find in yard sales so this is why most of our pieces are just white- better resale value! Each one of these pieces of furniture was ugly when my parents first found them, mostly from yard sales. But the white Annie Sloan paint has really brightened them up!
This three drawer dresser has cute details including the flowers and original knobs.
This stool is actually in our house and we reupholstered it to match our yellow decor.
I love the vintage metal top on this table with the original blue and rustic edges.
This side table is quite unique, since most people do not use this style any longer.
Of course, I added in our spray painted drink cart I got from my Grandma that you can read more about here!
I also love this desk found at a yard sale that we use for our computer desk. You can read all about this here!
And my favorite transformation is the hutch I use in my pink and white craft room! Read all about it here!
Do you have any old furniture that could use a facelift or are there any great roadside finds that you have transformed?
